Requirements

1. 10 + years in Fine Dining /Restaurant experience that shows a progressive career track.
2. Strong Product Knowledge in Food and Beverage
3. Experience in providing mass meals and bevereage for MICE in the Company
4. Work with and develop joint venture partner restaurants through out the Company
5. Hands on style with superior guest interaction skills
6. Champion of Service with ability to lead and motivate staff
7. Ability to develop marketing plans to maintain brand freshness and exposure
8. Manage the operating budget and P & L
